The Vienna cultural association "Culture Meeting Point" was founded in 1995 to promote cultural exchange and has set itself the goal of fostering understanding between and through cultures. The conviction that knowledge of a culture contributes to its understanding and thus to the understanding of its people has consistently guided the organization's activities. These include the organisation of festivals, theatre projects, clubbing events, film screenings, children's and youth projects, competitions, educational initiatives, everyday cultural events, readings and exhibitions.
